ronda

Ronda is a beautiful hill town - really, a spectacular hill town. I'm afraid I'm saying spectacular too much on this site but words fail me, this place was gobsmackingly beautiful. We explored the hillside at all times of day. Ronda is home of the oldest bullring which was just up the street from where we stayed. And on our way out of Ronda, Javier (tour guide extraordinaire) took us to the ranch of a famous Spanish bullfighter where we learned the complicated art of raising bulls and also enjoyed a delicous paella for lunch.
