We departed Córdoba by bus (by the way, the bus was comfortable and offered a beautiful view accompanied by great information from our excellent guide, Javier) and stopped to tour a bodega where we learned about the Pedro Ximénez grape and had a delightful lunch and Sherry tasting before heading to the province of Jaén, olive country. Breathtaking to view the endless hills of olive trees as we made our way to Úbeda.
